1. General Information
The Ricky Casino platform is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, a company incorporated under the laws of Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-893958). The platform operates under gaming licence no. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, players also agree to be bound by all other policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes, it is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

- You are registering and playing entirely on your own behalf, using funds that belong to you

We reserve the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where these conditions are not satisfied.

Players from these territories are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals if these restrictions are breached.
The use of VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each individual may register and maintain only one player account. Accounts sharing the same device, IP address, household, or payment method will be treated as duplicates. We reserve the right to close duplicate accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and confiscate any winnings associated with them.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. You must not share account access with any other person, including family members.
Player accounts are strictly for personal entertainment use. Commercial use — including renting, selling, or offering account access to others — is prohibited.
5. Deposits
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. We accept a range of fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies:

All deposits must be fully processed and confirmed by the relevant institution before funds appear in your account. Winnings derived from declined or charged-back deposits will be voided immediately.

We reserve the right to pay withdrawals via an alternative method to the one requested where necessary. All deposits must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal becomes available.
7. KYC and Verification
We conduct identity verification in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations. You may be asked to provide any of the following: a government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s licence), proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement), proof of payment method, and documentation confirming source of funds where applicable.
Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. If we are unable to reach you within two weeks of a verification request, your account will be locked and any pending withdrawal cancelled. If identity verification reveals that a player was underage or provided false information, the account will be closed immediately, all transactions voided, and any winnings confiscated.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are offered at our discretion and are subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games. Key rules that apply to all promotions:
- Bonuses must be fully wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn
- Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus is active will result in all related bonus funds and winnings being forfeited
- Individual bets placed during bonus wagering must not exceed 50% of the deposit amount or the maximum bet limit specified in the bonus terms
- Each bonus is valid for a limited period only — unused bonuses will expire
- We reserve the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is detected at any stage
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing strategic bets to manipulate wagering outcomes, using multiple accounts to claim duplicate offers, or exploiting software errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
9. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to regulatory authorities: use of automated bots or AI software to interact with games; collusion with other players; use of stolen or third-party payment credentials; exploiting software bugs or system errors for financial gain; filing fraudulent chargebacks or false claims against the platform; and using VPNs or other tools to circumvent territorial restrictions.
10. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login or gameplay). Once dormant, a monthly administration fee of €25 (or currency equivalent) will be deducted from your remaining balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Reactivation requires logging in and placing a wager.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
All complaints must be submitted by the registered account holder via live chat or email. Complaints submitted by third parties will not be accepted. Our support team will review all complaints and escalate them where required. In the event of a dispute over a game result, the Casino’s server logs are the final authority.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process, you may escalate the matter to EGIS, an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution body operating under the Tobique Gaming Commission: [email protected].
12. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions. In the event that a wager is accepted or a payment made in error, we reserve the right to void the transaction or re-settle it under the correct terms. Our total liability to any individual player will not exceed the amount deposited by that player during the period in which the relevant issue arose.
13. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. All disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Costa Rica. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to bring a claim in any court outside of this process.
14. Claims Period
